Please explain this in Empire view

Under resources
Steel 123 456/15 704
Gold 123 456/7 079
Petrol 123 456/3 556
I do understand that the first figure is what I have left on the planet. What does the second figure imply?

Electricity 148 842/74 477
I do understand that the second figure is the power being generated on the planet. What does the first figure imply?

I believe the second figure for Steel, Gold and Petrol is how much you are earning per hour from your mines.

As for electricity, maybe the big numbr (148,842) is how much you have in total and the smaller number is how much you have used or is spare?

Not 100% sure. Let me consult the admin, and i'll get back to you.

for resources those figures don't match up to the resources screen.

perhaps the empire screen is using normal rates rather than the server's.

the resources screen figures are 5x (steel), 5.004x (gold), 5.2x (petrol), those shown on the empire screen, so (provided the server is on x5 production speed) that's my guess
would i be a wolf instead of human?

sometimes i'd say yes, sometimes i'd say no, most of the time i don't know
